2012 FESTIVAL ARTIST LINKS  & INFORMATION

Carolyn Wonderland

A triple threat with her diverse songwriting, soulful vocals, and guitar goddess status. Wonderland's songs have been featured on NBC's "Homicide," Fox's "Time of Your Life," & Houston NORML even made a video PSA set to Carolyn's "Annie's Scarlet Letter.  In addition to her trusty guitar, "Patty," Carolyn has been regularly playing her trumpet, and even occasionally the accordion, mandolin, and keys.

TRAMPLED UNDER FOOT

Best Blues Band 2011 Blues Blast,  Nominated for Best Blues Band 2012 - Blues Foundation, International Blues Challenge Winner 2008

"This sibling trio from Kansas City who has been wowing the blues circuit crowd the past few years, has topped themselves yet again. The band consists of Nick Schnebelen (guitar), Danielle Schnebelen (bass), and Kris Schnebelen (drums). Not only are they all experts of their instruments, they also possess great chops in the singing department." - Blues Wax Magazine

John Primer

2009 Grammy Nominee, 2010 Blues Artist of the Year - Living Blues Awards Critics Poll,  2010 BMA Nominee - Traditional Blues Artist & Traditional Blues Album

"An ambassador of the Blues, he has defined and epitomized the idiom as a bandleader and the sideman of choice. He possesses a depth of understanding of the genre’s subtleties and nuance that only a handful of artists can lay claim to. Primer is truly world class, and All Original" - Chicago Blues Guide

Levee Town

These guys are blazing hot! They will cause you to stomp your feet, clap your hands, and maybe dance on the tables. Levee Town generates a lot of excitement and a smokin’ good time.  You won't wanna miss this Kansas City Based house rockin band.  For your own protection, you better wear a fire suit!
